DESCRIPTION

Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant is an exceptionally high quality, fully aluminium compatible, low silicate proprietary blend designed to meet the performance requirements of automotive cars, 4 wheel drives and light and heavyduty diesel engines. It is a concentrated product which must be diluted.

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant is suitable for use in all automotive cars, 4WD’s, Light Duty Diesel, and Heavy Duty Diesel applications. In Heavy Duty Diesel applications Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant is compatible with all traditional, amine free engine coolants as well as traditional and extended service interval (ESI) supplemental coolant additive systems. Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant is a fully formulated engine coolant that does not require an initial charge of supplemental coolant additive (SCA) during initial fill. Monitoring Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant for SCA Level in a Heavy Duty Diesel Application

• Always maintain the engine coolant system as recommended by the original equipment manufacture (OEM)
• Do not add SCA either liquid or filter unless needed.

A three-way test strip can be used to monitor the nitrite and glycol levels for Gulf Western Heavy Duty Truck Antifreeze Concentrate. It should be noted that Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant will not show a molybdate level on a three way test strip. This is as designed. Gulf Western Diesel + Engine Coolant does not need molybdate to adequately protect heavy-duty wet sleeve liners from cavitation.

STORAGE

All packages should be stored under cover to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C.
